On this page

Use Settings to manage your access, display preferences, alert thresholds and AI. The table below helps you find the right setting.

  • Account

    What you set there
Change your email address; the current password is required.
  • Security

    What you set there
Change your password (the current one is required), turn on two-step verification, sign out of your other devices.
  • Subscription

    What you set there
Your plan, its renewal or end date, and the billing portal.
  • Display

    What you set there
Language, theme (light, dark or system), hiding amounts on this device. Dates and numbers follow the language.
  • Notifications

    What you set there
The channels, then one line per alert with its switch and a summary of its thresholds, which are set under it (allocation drift, liquidation risk with the default reminder duration, yield drop and yield target, news). Turning the yield target alert off keeps the target. Trading signals and Scheduled reports carry the badge of their plan when yours does not include them. The test notification.
  • AI Copilot

    What you set there
This month's usage, turning the copilot on, choosing the analysis level, the copilot's memory (2 hours); quota, requests per hour and reply length under Usage limits, whose summary shows the limits that apply: the lower of your plan's and the values set.
  • Investment profile

    What you set there
Your experience, horizon and goals as answered in the questionnaire; “Edit profile” opens them on a page of their own. Changing them can produce a new suggested allocation, applied only if you accept it. Accepting it replaces your current target allocation, one set on the Allocation page included.
  • Portfolio

    What you set there
Tracked assets (bitcoin and ether by default), hiding of dust. Display only: these never change a calculation.
  • Thresholds and rates

    What you set there
Health factor warning and critical thresholds (2.5 and 1.3 by default), drawdown warning and critical percentages, measured from the peak of net worth (5% and 10%), and rate freshness: how old a rate can be before it is discounted when comparing opportunities (7 days by default and at most: an older rate is already unknown).
  • Data and privacy

    What you set there
Export your data as a single file, delete your account.

Display and calculations

Hiding small positions simplifies lists without removing those positions from portfolio calculations. It applies to the holdings in an account's panel on Accounts and to the Yield and Lending lists, by value in dollars: a line without a price is never hidden. Note that yield and lending CSV exports respect the small-position filter.

Profile

The Profile page is a summary: your identity, with your name and the state of your email address; your data footprint, with what Patrima tracks today: the connected sources (the wallets and exchanges it synchronizes, not the accounts entered by hand), the open yield and lending positions and the distinct assets you hold, archived accounts left out; then one line for your plan and one for your investor profile, each with its current value and a link to the section of Settings that changes it. Your name is edited there; everything else is changed from Settings.

Language, theme and dates

The interface exists in English and French. Language and theme are set in Settings, Display; dates and numbers follow the language, and the language saved there is the one used for emails. The language toggle in the app's sidebar also saves it there. The toggle on this documentation and on the home page changes the language of the site and of the app in your browser, without saving it to your account. Notifications and the legal notice at the bottom of the app follow the language of the interface. The language you sign up in is saved to your account, and signing in on a browser where no language was chosen opens the app in your saved language.

The theme button in the app header, or in the account menu on mobile, switches between light and dark in one click, including from System mode. It also saves your choice to your account. On a browser with no theme choice yet, the app uses your saved preference. A theme already chosen on that browser stays in place.

Effective ceilings

The ceilings that actually apply are the lower of your plan's ceiling and your own setting. A value you set above the plan's ceiling reads as the ceiling; the budget readout says so.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change my email address?

In Settings, Account, enter the new address and your current password, and a code from your authenticator app if two-step verification is on. Then confirm from both inboxes: your current address receives a link to confirm its replacement, the new one a link to confirm it. If your account was created with Google or GitHub and has no Patrima password, the page shows Set a password instead: follow the password setup procedure first.

I lost the phone with my authenticator app. How do I sign in?

If you added a second app, its code is enough. Otherwise, write to support@patrima.app from your account's email address: once we have checked it is you, two-step verification is removed and your password alone opens your account again. You can then turn it on with your new phone, in Settings, Security.

Do the Portfolio preferences change my numbers?

Hiding small positions changes their display without removing them from portfolio calculations. Yield and lending CSV exports do use the filtered list. See export coverage.

How do I hide my amounts?

The eye in the top bar, or Hide amounts in the account menu on mobile, replaces your amounts and the quantities you hold with “•••••” in one click, and blurs a sentence that quotes one. The same setting is in Settings, Display. Percentages, allocation, rates, the health factor and market prices stay visible. Charts of your wealth keep their curve without their values, and the copilot's answers, which quote amounts, are blurred until you show them. The setting applies to this device and browser only. It hides the screen from a glance or a screenshot: form fields, exports and emails stay complete.

Where are the alert thresholds?

Health factor and drawdown thresholds, and rate freshness, are in Settings, Thresholds and rates. Allocation drift, yield drop and yield target thresholds are in Settings, Notifications: expand the alert they control. Under allocation drift, Liquidity & stability, Cryptocurrencies and Financial markets can each have their own thresholds; Other assets and the sub-pockets use the general ones. Each field takes as many decimals as it shows, a drawdown percentage to one decimal for instance, and says so when a value has more.
